The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, specifically in luxury properties, and will be able to communicate effectively with our Russian-speaking clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop relationships with new and existing clients</li><li>Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties</li><li>Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers</li><li>Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities</li><li>Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds</li><li>Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location, description, and features</li><li>Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met</li><li>Promote properties through marketing initiatives</li><li>Ensure all dealings are conducted in compliance with Real Estate laws</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the Dubai market</li><li>Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and best practices</li><li>Familiarity with the real estate laws and regulations in Dubai</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Valid UAE driver’s license</li><li>RERA certification would be a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive commission structure</li><li>An inclusive, positive work environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company</li></ul><p><br></p>
