As a Real Estate Broker, you will be required to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate deals, and keep up-to-date with real estate market trends. You have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Represent clients in the sale, purchase, and rental of properties</p><p>- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals</p><p>- Conduct market research to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market</p><p>- Advise clients on pricing strategies, financing options, and market conditions</p><p>- Evaluate properties to determine their value and potential for sale or rental</p><p>- Advertise properties through various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, and print media</p><p>- Negotiate deals and prepare contracts and other legal documents</p><p>- Attend property inspections and coordinate with other professionals, such as home inspectors and appraisers</p><p>- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or rental process</p><p>- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations</p><p>- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction</p><p>- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities</p><p>- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field</p><p>- Minimum 1-2 years of commercial and residential experience in the real estate industry in the UAE</p><p>- RERA and driving license required</p><p>- Proven track record of success in real estate sales</p><p>- Excellent communication and negotiation skills</p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software programs</p><p>- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations</p><p><br></p><p>This is a commission-based position, and your earnings will be directly tied to your performance and the successful transactions you facilitate. Our commission structure is highly competitive and offers you the opportunity to earn an uncapped income.</p>
