Job Description
Our real estate company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced broker to join our team in Dubai. As a broker, you will be responsible for managing and executing property sales and leases, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and properties for sale or lease
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay current with industry trends
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the transaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales or leasing process
- Collaborate with other brokers and agents within the company to share knowledge and resources
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including regulations and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driving license is bonus.
- Knowledge of English, Russian, Chinese would be a bonus
