We have friendly space</span><span> for Real Estate brokers where everyone can feel valued, supported, and provided with tools that will help you continuously grow and thrive in the market.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Prepare Property Listings regularly through personal networking and farming</span></li><li><span>Create and maintain lists of properties with detailed specifications, advertisements, networking, and relationships</span></li><li><span>Follow proper compliance in documentation process for every transaction </span></li><li><span>Head up the negotiations with clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy</span></li><li><span>Consult with clients on how to sell or rent their home quickly and for a good value</span></li><li><span>Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home</span></li><li><span>Negotiate with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage</span></li><li><span>Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale or rent</span></li><li><span>Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.</span></li><li><span>Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms</span></li><li><span>Up-to-date Real Estate market trends and be familiar with a property’s current rental pricing and sale value, especially in your area of specialization.</span></li><li><span>Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help improvising</span></li><li><span>Develop business networks and collaborate with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks- Advise clients </span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>1-2 years solid experience in Real Estate in Dubai</span></li><li><span>Good English communication skills (writing, reading and speaking)</span></li><li><span>Additional languages would be an advantage</span></li><li><span>Interpersonal Skills: Proactive, enthusiastic, trustworthy, friendly, good personality, tidy appearance, organized, and detail-oriented</span></li><li><span>Analytical Skills: skilled in conducting property market research</span></li><li><span>Negotiation Skills</span></li><li><span>RERA license is an advantage</span></li><li><span>Very good in sales and customer service</span></li></ul><p>We Provide</p><ul><li><span>Visa and Medical insurance</span></li><li><span>Up to 65% commission based on performance&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Immediate commission release after closing a deal</span></li><li><span>5% commission for every successful agent referral after closing a sales deal in the company</span></li><li><span>&nbsp;</span><span>Full back office administrative and management Support</span></li></ul>
