<p>Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc).</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Maintain and update listings of available properties. </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Meeting with prospective Tenants to determine lease / sale terms. </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Marketing properties </span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Ensure that properties are maintained effectively. </span></p><p><span>Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns</span></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Highschool Diploma or suitable equivalent. </span></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;+ 5 years of experience as Real Estate Agent (Sales &amp; Rent). </p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to communicate in English &amp; Arabic. </p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Excellent negotiation skill</span></p>
