<p>We’re looking for a Real Estate Agent located in Kantari: </p><p><br></p><p>* Job description* </p><p>- Finding appropriate property comparing with market requirements </p><p>- Represent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers</p><p>- Advice clients and help buyers decide what they want to buy</p><p>- Delivering and explain documents, disclosures, and transaction process</p><p>-Promoting properties with online ads, listings updated, social media, and open houses.</p><p>- Sharing with manager the sellers and buyers listings.</p><p>- Submitting any new idea to add more ads for estates in the marketplace.</p><p>- Good in Arabic and English </p><p>- Read and spoken and written</p><p><br></p><p>*Education*:</p><p>- Bachelor in Business and marketing or any associate’s degree</p><p><br></p><p>*Experience*:</p><p>- 1-2 years sales experience </p><p>- Self motivated and entrepreneurial </p><p>- Strong communication skills </p><p>- Posses a mobile car or moto and valid driver’s license</p><p>- Deep knowledge of beirut area and suburbs areas</p><p><br></p><p>Salary: USD + LBP + sales commission </p><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates can send their CV at Grandrealestates@hotmail.com</p><p><br></p><p>Candidates must be living near Beirut area</p>
