<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the industry, with a strong understanding of the local real estate market.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants</li><li>Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with local real estate trends and prices</li><li>Create and execute marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads</li><li>Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and rental agreements</li><li>Prepare and submit offers, counteroffers, and closing documents</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai</li><li>Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, pricing, and legal requirements</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
