The ideal candidate should be fluent in Russian and have extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, with a proven track record of successfully handling primary and resale properties.</p><p><br></p><p>As a real estate broker, you will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, helping them navigate the complex process of buying or selling a property in Dubai.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Stage and show living spaces</li><li>Advertise and market living spaces</li><li>Finds and reaches out to new prospects</li><li>Discover clients’ criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria</li><li>Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client</li><li><span>Conduct property inspections and viewings</span></li><li>Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events.</li><li>Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations.</li><li>Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts.</li><li>Organize and oversee open houses.</li><li>Advise clients about mortgage options and help them fill out the requisite paperwork to expedite the home buying process.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job Requiremnet:</p><ul><li>Experience of 3 years minimum in Real Estate ( UAE).</li><li>Fluent in Russian and English</li><li>Proven Sales and Leasing track records</li><li>Self-motivated, great team player and goal oriented.</li><li>Good communication skills and presentable.</li><li><span>Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations</span></li><li>UAE driver’s license and own vehicle</li><li><em>Exceptional customer service skills.</em></li></ul><p><span>If you are a highly motivated and results-driven real estate broker with a passion for the Dubai market, we want to hear from you!
