<p>Job Description:</p><p><br></p><p>Looking for an experienced and well-versed secondary agent with experience in the Dubai Real Estate market in a secondary (Leasing, Renting, etc…)</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their targets.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Dubai.</li><li>Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and generate new business opportunities.</li><li>Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure effective communication and alignment of business goals.</li><li>Business development to identify new investors and clients.</li><li>Prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.</li><li>Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.</li><li>Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.</li><li>Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.</li><li>Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.</li><li>Build up a secondary team from Scratch.</li><li>Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of listings.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.</li><li>Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field</p><p>• At least 1 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets</p><p>• Experience in the real estate industry, specifically in the secondary market in Dubai</p><p>• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of sales professionals</p><p>• Excellent communication and negotiation skills</p><p>• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues</p><p>• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary based on as per Experience & plus Flat 30% commission of override on closed deals. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>If you are a motivated sales professional with a passion for real estate and a desire to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p>Please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you would be the ideal candidate for this role.
