<p>Starling Properties is an exciting and dynamic real estate company based in Dubai- UAE, and we are seeking skilled and highly driven <strong>Chinese</strong> Property Consultants to join our experienced and multinational team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>**We offer a commission-based salary structure, where you can earn up to 70% commission paid the next day**</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Providing expert advice to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties, analyzing the local real estate market, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.</li><li>you will need to have a deep understanding of the market, including property trends and legal requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><strong>Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</strong></li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role, preferably working with Chinese clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Send your resume to Danielle.s@starlingproperties.ae if you want to start your career today with us!</p>
