Job Description
<p>City Property UAE is looking for a senior real estate agent to help it close its first deals in the Real Estate sector.</p><p><br></p><p>We are a young company, and you will have far-reaching responsibilities including finding clients, convincing them to purchase our properties, and closing deals with them. We do not expect you to work in our office all day; you are free to choose how you want to work as long as you are performing according to our expectations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who We Are</strong></p><ul><li>Based in Sharjah, UAE and incorporated in Shams Free Zone.</li><li>Affiliated with City Property in Karachi, Pakistan, a renowned real estate company operational since 1997.</li><li>Authorised to sell projects on behalf of Arada and Damac.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Find clients on behalf of City Property UAE.</li><li>Provide on-site property visits for clients.</li><li>Close deals with clients.</li><li>Maintain the reputation of the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in the real estate market in the UAE.</li><li>Access to highly effective network giving access to real estate investors.</li><li>Proven record of generating and closing leads.</li><li>Comfortable in English.</li><li>Preferably comfortable in Arabic and/or Urdu/Hindi.</li><li>UAE driving license.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Expectations</strong></p><ul><li>Close at least one deal in the first month <em>or</em> find several leads that are interested in purchasing from us.</li><li>Close a total of at least two deals by the end of the second month.</li><li>Further expectations will be communicated afterwards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Renumeration and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Base salary of AED 2,500.</li><li>Fuel, tolls, mobile plan (not including device) and other work-related expenses.</li><li>Commission earned by developer shared on each deal (up to 50% on leads generated and closed entirely by the employee).</li></ul>
