Job Description
<p>We are looking for a motivated REAL ESTATE AGENT who have passion of helping people find their dream home. </p><p>( Commission Based role only )</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Respond to leads on time and do follow-up to convert to appointments and track all client updates using a database system.</li><li>Look for properties that meet Client’s requirement and schedule viewings to close the deal.</li><li>Stay up to date with the real estate market and the home buying and renting process.</li><li>Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Sales Experience, Real Estate experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently with little management involvement</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.</li><li>Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.</li><li>Driving license and own car</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What we offer:</p><ul><li>Attractive Commission</li><li>Working Visa valid for 2 years</li><li>On-Time commission</li><li>Lead generation and Marketing support</li><li>Administration, Compliance & CRM</li><li>RERA card</li></ul>
