Connect now and let’s shape the future! </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties & Tasks: </strong></p><p>- Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale.</p><p>- Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients.</p><p>- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.</p><p>- Intermediating negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.</p><p>- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property value.</p><p>- Promoting sales through social media.</p><p>- The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. </p><p>- Networking and building relationships with potential clients.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>-Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking).
