<p><strong>Real Estate Agent opportunity with a salary!</strong></p><p>We are looking for hard-working, dynamic, target-driven individuals passionate about Real Estate to join the Sherwoods Group as we grow.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· <strong>Chinese</strong> and <strong>Russian</strong> Speaking Strong communication skills</p><p>· RERA Licence or 2yrs Real Estate experience</p><p>· Ability to attract buyers and retain tenants</p><p>· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals</p><p>· Team player</p><p>· Great organizational skills</p><p>· Great CRM and Social Media skills</p><p>· Valid UAE driving license</p><p>· A proven track record within customer relations and sales.</p><p>· Currently based in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.</p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><p>· RERA certification</p><p>· Minimum 2 years of UAE Real Estate experience within Sales, Leasing and Property Management</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>· Earn from 50% to 75% commission</p><p>· Flexible working hours</p><p>· Training provided</p><p>· Access to an existing and well-established client base, warm leads, and active developments</p><ul><li>· Visa and medical provided</li></ul>
