We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team. As a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes. You will work closely with our team of real estate professionals to provide administrative support and help streamline office operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage appointments, calendars, and schedules for real estate professionals
Prepare and process real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and paperwork
Assist with managing and organizing client databases, files, and records
Answer and screen incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts, including preparing marketing materials and managing social media accounts
Coordinate and assist with open houses, showings, and other real estate events
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or relevant certifications preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-service mindset
Knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and regulations is a plus
