<p>We are looking for radio producers who have qualification in broadcasting, media, generating and researching ideas and experience in the field of preparation and media work to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>· Supervises the completion of the broadcasting script.</p><p>· To have a good communication ability with the broadcaster, and supervise the episode well.</p><p>· Full commitment with the pre-production of the episode and to be fully prepared an hour before the time of the program.</p><p>· The ability to communicate with colleagues to arrange radio topics to avoid repetition.</p><p>· The ability to work under pressure.</p><p>· The ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and special occasion such as Ramadan. </p><p>· The ability to work in an open studio, outdoor coverage, or overtime.</p><p>· The producer should have good tact and courtesy with guests and important figures.</p><p>· To have high cultural knowledge and the ability to get to grips with new subject matter quickly “if the need arises.”</p><p>· Follow-up of his/her program during air hours, and to be in live contact with the broadcaster to provide him/ her with important information and coordinate with guests and callers.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>Required skills and qualifications:</p><p> </p><p>· To have a great deal of knowledge of local and international news, the ability to create new ideas, developing content and writing material for scripts.</p><p>· To have trust sources so that the producer can take the correct news from them, or even finding people to be interviewed.</p><p>· The ability to search for information and verify it from its sources to avoid making mistakes.</p><p>· The ability to create and develop new and creative radio programs ideas.</p><p>· The ability to present new proposals for programs, to develop new radio programs and generating and researching ideas. </p><p>· The ability to make connections between different ideas and subjects.</p><p>· The producer should be creative and have a high sense of media, so that he/she can pick up people’s problems and turn them into topics and come up with new ideas. </p><p> </p><p>Preferred skills and qualifications</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</p><p><br></p>
