Job Description
– Experience within project: (number of years) :10 with 5 years as Quantity Survey on major oil & gas projects
– Ability to monitor Contractor yard activities for several Compression assets being constructed simultaneously
– Have strong working knowledge of offshore construction and commissioning activities including in a greenfield & brownfield environment
– Identifying all activities potentially claimable by Contractor and potentially back chargeable to CONTRACTOR, on a day-to-day basis during the onshore fabrication, offshore SIMOPS, Hook up and commissioning.
– The job holders will support the business team in verification of construction progress at both onshore & offshore locations. For offshore locations, shall ensure all man-hours are accurately recorded, issue a weekly report on manhours including standby man-hours, non productive man-hours, and prepare all documentation to defend claims from CONTRACTOR and support claims/backcharges against CONTRACTOR.Β In addition, job holder will assist where required with verification of procurement quantities delivered to site against the quantities ordered.
– Assist contract & procurement teams with QS inputs in finalization of change orders
