<ul><li>Experience within project: (number of years) :10 with 5 years as Quantity Survey on major oil &amp; gas projects</li><li>Ability to monitor Contractor yard activities for several Compression assets being constructed simultaneously</li><li>Have strong working knowledge of offshore construction and commissioning activities including in a greenfield &amp; brownfield environment</li><li>Identifying all activities potentially claimable by Contractor and potentially back chargeable to CONTRACTOR, on a day-to-day basis during the onshore fabrication, offshore SIMOPS, Hook up and commissioning.</li><li>The job holders will support the business team in verification of construction progress at both onshore &amp; offshore locations. For offshore locations, shall ensure all man-hours are accurately recorded, issue a weekly report on manhours including standby man-hours, non productive man-hours, and prepare all documentation to defend claims from CONTRACTOR and support claims/backcharges against CONTRACTOR.
