<p><em>We are currently looking </em>Quantity Surveyor <em>for our group who should have 5+ years experience in the same industry. candidates</em> must have Work Exposure in Master quantity calculation Variation handling Bill certifications strong strong Quantity take off Subcontractor Bills strong strong Master quantity calculation Complete knowledge on finishing activities strong Preferred Candidates are from Constructions and Interior design fit out background. <em>Candidate must be able to join immediately. </em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.</li><li>Estimate the quantity and costs of materials</li><li>Review Drawings package and prepare quantity needs</li><li>Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project</li><li>Measure and value the work done on site</li><li>Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor</li><li>Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports</li><li>Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site</li><li>managers, project managers and site engineers</li><li>Take off Quantity – of any requirement for quotation in MF Group.</li><li>Select, price and source construction materials</li><li>Prepare and pricing for the BOQ</li><li>Check all works related to the quantity and measurements</li><li>Site Measurements for take-off quantities or statement check.</li><li>Other duties as might be required by the Management</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in QS/Civil</li><li>3+ years of experience in contracting and Interior Design company</li><li>Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD and office.</li></ul>
