Role Purpose: 

We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors to be based in our Riyadh office to work on a range of highprofile property sector projects across the KSA. 

What this job involves 

  • Excellent Take-Off skills required, from both an accuracy and speed perspective.  

  • Preparation of Budget estimates.  

  • Preparation of Bills of Quantities.  

  • Monthly payment valuations.  

  • Preparation of Final Accounts (under supervision). 

  • Preparation of contract Documents.  

  • Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.  

  • Review costing’s in conjunction with budgets. 

  • Price and check additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork.  

  • Attending site meetings.  

  • Attending design team meetings. 

  • Be a strong team player but demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role as part of personal development planning.  

  • Represent the company in a professional and diligent 

 

  

Desired skills and experience for this  

  • Hardworking, proactive individual with a strong desire to learn and progress with an eye for detail and a passion for high standards 

  • Candidate to be able to demonstrate experience in the Real Estate Sector. 

  • Excellent pre and post contract technical cost and commercial management skills.  

  • Articulate in written and oral communication.  

  • Excellent prioritization and self-management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.  

 

Key Competencies 

  • Strong knowledge and track record in the application of IT based solutions.  

  • Software skills required in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. 

  • Experience preferably in the Middle East but not essential 

  • New build, fit out & renovation project experience  

  • Degree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying) 

  • MRICS or in process would be advantageous
