STRATEGIC

  • Coordinates with other team members to get the necessary information.

OPERATIONAL

  • Reviews the Contract Documents to become acquainted with requirements and specifications of the project.

  • Assists in reviewing and checking the Job Budget.

  • Verifies Material Requisition Forms (MRF) by checking the quantities against budgeted quantities to ensure that they are within the Budget and making sure that the ordered items comply with contract specifications.

  • Assists in conducting and verifying the progress (either quantities or percentages) of the site.

  • Assists in reconciling the actual progress or quantities of Client Billing with the client representative.

  • Assists in preparing variation orders required by the Client.

  • Assists in the preparation of the support documents of the project’s claim.

  • Performs quantity take-off based on the methods of measurements as set in the contract documents (for both variations and final measurement of the projects

  • Assists in the preparation of as-built quantification for re-measurement contracts as specified with contract.

  • Assists in verifying the progress of subcontractors on site.
    Performs daily site visits.

  • Assists in preparing the site daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Skills

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Architect, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years.

Behavioral Skills:
Professional development, team work, process excellence, execution excellence, dependability.

Technical Skills: Method of measurements, computer skills and communications skills in English language (read, write and speak).
