<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Prepares monthly interim payments and final account, capturing all works including variations.</li><li>Preparation of Quantity Surveying documents similar to budget estimates, preparing Bills of Quantities for all disciplines, and cost estimates.</li><li>Responsible for quantity take-off and updating from time to time as per the latest shop drawings.</li><li>Evaluate all potential variations, additional works, and all related changes in the scope.</li><li>Evaluate and check all sub-contractor invoices and prepare payment certificates.</li><li>Prepares material quantity take-off for the procuring of the required materials, identifying and prioritizing the appropriate long-lead items to place the order ahead of time.</li><li>Prepares monthly progress reports to the top management, invoices and variation status, and all other related commercial issues.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience &amp; Skills Required</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>4+ years experience in infrastructure projects</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.<br></li></ul>
