Job Description

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and commercial management on a range of complex social infrastructure programs throughout Saudi Arabia. You will be a crucial member of our civil engineering team, working to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030 by bringing visible change to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
  • Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors.
  • Analyze and report on costs and suggest ways to reduce expenses.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure costs remain within budget.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the billing processes and resolve any disputes over payment.
  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts, including cash flow projections.
