Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities:

•      Evaluate, calculate and update released quantity.

•      Prepare quantities and develop a quantity tracking sheet based on Project BOQ’s.

•      working collaboratively with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors.

•      Coordinate with site/s to get details of executed qty.

•      Ability to write detailed and concise reports and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and others.

•      ­prepare interim payment certificate for project

Skills

Essential Qualities:

•      In-depth knowledge of construction and its principles and guidelines.

•      Ability to take-off bill of quantities from drawing.

•      Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

•      Good computer skills (proficiency in MS Office).

•      Any Quantity Surveyor Certification is preferred.

•

•      Strong organizational skills

•      Ability to handle various projects and deliver to tight deadlines.

•      Presentation Skills.

•      Detail oriented.

•      Ability to work overtime, as needed.
