If you’re up for challenging the status quo, join our team of pioneers and make your mark on the future with us.<p><br></p><strong>Do you dare to make an impact?</strong><p><br></p><strong> Your Role </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Key responsibility is for implementation and administration of Regional Supplier Quality & Development strategies and programs for IMEA. </li><li>Fulfill documentation requirements like PPAP, pFMEA, CP etc as required during Supplier Qualification process. </li><li>Work closely with 3PM Operations and other stake holders like, PD, purchasing etc. during new product introduction and ensure successful product launches. </li><li>Ensure the supplier complaint management process and customer complaint management process is effectively conducted within the assigned region. </li><li>Coordinates and monitors continuous improvement activities at suppliers as part of continuous improvement process with includes training and development. <br><br></li></ul><strong> YOUR SKILLS </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Masters in Engineering or Chemistry</li><li>More that 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality or Supplier Quality Engineering</li><li>Familiar with Global Quality standards ISO 9001:2015/ IATF16949 and comparable quality standards within the automotive industry</li><li>Experience in Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality in previous roles</li><li>Committed to Safety, Health and Environmental excellence. </li><li>Committed to compliance with all Government regulations, company policies and customer agreements. </li></ul><p><br></p>Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
