NOK Human Capital is hiring “Quality Manager” for a leading multinational company in the field of IT services/ consultancy (Hybrid Model)<p><br></p>Job Description:<p><br></p>Scan external landscape to identify industry trends in delivery and quality<p><br></p>Scan internal landscape to identify new expectations from Clients, company’s management and communities<p><br></p>Strategize to address both the external and internal expectations and requirements through various initiatives<p><br></p>Ensure companys Quality Management System is aligned to business requirements and is adopted across the perimeter*<p><br></p>Drive external quality certifications (perimeter) to provide confidence to internal and external stakeholders on the robustness of QMS<p><br></p>Support Delivery Governance through inputs, analysis, early alerts and suggesting potential mitigation actions<p><br></p>Job Requirements:<p><br></p>10-15 years of experience in Quality Control/ Quality Management/ Quality Assurance<p><br></p>Excellent English level<p><br></p>Technology companies/ industries are preferred<p><br></p>Advanced leadership &amp; communication skills<p><br></p>If you match the above criteria, kindly send your resume to resume@nokhc.net mentioning “MS Dynamic” in the subject line.
