<strong>Role Purpose</strong><p><br></p>The Quality Analyst Professional will play a critical role in the development and implementation of data-driven quality initiatives. The position will focus on harnessing data to derive insights that inform quality improvement, contributing to the design and delivery of personalized care models that meet the diverse needs of our populations.<p><br></p>The individual will be responsible for the ongoing analysis, monitoring, and reporting of quality indicators, using advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, highlight areas of concern, and drive quality enhancement initiatives. This role will require the ability to synthesize complex health data to inform the development of personalized healthcare strategies.<p><br></p>The professional will liaise with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams, to implement and refine quality metrics, using this information to inform the design and delivery of effective health interventions. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, personalized care, by leveraging big data and advanced analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities & Activities</strong><p><br></p><strong>Strategy, Planning and Coordination</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support in the development and delivery of the division strategy through hypothesis development, scenario testing, feasibility studies and related tasks</li><li> Contribute to preparation of reports and presentations in the annual planning and budgeting cycle</li><li> As part of the team</li><li> analyse and forecast health and wellbeing demands and translate into high level requirements on assets, equipment, and digital infrastructure.</li><li> Reassess and adjust targets and implementation plans accordingly to new and/or changed master plans</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Project delivery and Risk Management </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support in development of structures and processes for monitoring of projects and activities</li><li> Independently lead and deliver assigned activities and projects</li><li> Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential organizational risks that could impact our operations and objectives.</li><li> Provide periodic reports regarding project progress, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans</li><li> Actively take part of and contribute to workshops and activities related to asset, equipment and digital infrastructure development</li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project outcomes that meet quality standards and align with business objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Administration and Contract Management</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Contribute to development of scope of work documents</li><li> Support in internal and external communications activities</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Relationship and Stakeholder Management</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Actively participate in sector and cross sector meetings and initiate meeting structures for effective interaction with stakeholders related to assignments</li><li> Manage stakeholders’ feedback on issues, challenges and unmet requirements and develop action plans</li><li> Act as a role model for the sector in interaction with other sectors and departments</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>People Management </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Lead by example, supervise and coach team members and colleagues to perform at their best</li><li> Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM’s values</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Stakeholders</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> All Health Wellbeing & Biotech divisions</li><li> Other Sectors and Departments e.g., Sport, Education, Food, Environment, Operations, Projects, Technology & Digital, etc.</li><li> Healthcare Regulatory Authorities (worldwide)</li><li> Health services providers</li><li> External consultants</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications / Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge and Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 3 – 5 years of experience in healthcare quality analysis, preferably in a complex healthcare setting.</li><li> 2 – 3 years of experience in healthcare quality analysis, preferably in a complex healthcare setting</li></ul><p><br></p>Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare quality measures and standards.<p><br></p><ul><li> Proficiency in big data analytics and interpreting complex health data, including genetic data.</li><li> Familiarity with the principles and applications of personalized medicine.</li><li> Understanding of health informatics and healthcare information systems.</li><li> Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization, and advanced analytics tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education and Certifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> A bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, applied mathematics, Finance/economics, Management information systems or Business Administration, Medicine, (or equivalent) is required</li><li> Master’s degree in data Analytics or Health related topics is beneficial</li><li> Diploma or Certificate in Data Management is beneficial</li></ul>
