Quality Control Supervisor
Job Description
- The job is required for a private security company providing all kinds of security solutions to include security officers, event security officers, close protection officers and other.
- Conducts rounds to ensure presence of employees at sites and proper implementation of duties according to quality standards set by HQ.
- Conduct quality control rounds to all sites and complete quality checklists
- Ensure presence of guard on site
- Ensure proper appearance of officers
- Ensure proper implementation of tasks and duties
- Follow proper implementation of site procedures as listed in supervisor procedure booklet
- Provide detailed incident reports of all violations and issues
- Provide detailed reports for any changes in site security risk status
- Provide complete site and employee logistic request reports
- Assist officers in preparing their reports and relaying reports to HQ ASAP
- Complete employee evaluations for all officers conforming to ISO standards every 6 months

- Solid background in the ISO 9001:2015 standard and quality management system
- Successful completion of SPC’s Basic Training Course for Security Officers
- Successful completion of SPC’s Advanced Training Course for Site Procedures And Implementation
- Successful completion of SPC’s Advanced Training Course for Supervisors
