Job Title: Quality control specialist<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Dubai<br><br><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ Years<br><br><strong><em>Exclusively for UAE National<br><br></em></strong><strong><em>Education: Bachleor’s Degree in Mechanical<br><br></em></strong><strong><u>General Summary<br></u></strong><ul><li> Experiences in Quality Management with suppliers (Audit, Qualification of supplier and products)<br></li></ul><strong><u>Knowhow In Managing Quality Planning In Product Development Projects<br><br></u></strong>Proven knowledge and understanding of quality methods as well as experiences with them<br><br>Experienced in challenging / influencing decisions<br><br>Strong analytical and problem solving skill, background in interpretation of drawing/specifications and manufacturing process planning/evaluation<br><br>Excellent communication and networking skills<br><br>Manage supplier quality performance and coach supplier to deliver parts in line with overall quality objectives<br><br>Support specials development and transfer into production to ensure process capability requirement and product requirements are met<br><br>Build-up &amp; maintain a relevant network of 3<em>rd</em> party testing institutes for product specials<br><br>Perform supplier quality system and manufacturing process audits, onsite product releases for specials and management of the supplier corrective/preventive action process<br><br>Coordinate product complaints related to specific customer projects
