Job Description
· Supervision of syrup preparation as per the production program and operation of the water treatment plant.
· Responsible for checking and maintaining the quality (including microbiology) of products and other ingredients in liaison with quality staff & manpower.
· Maintain lab & lab equipment in order Calibrate as per instructions.
· Follow up the IMS program & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiently under the IMS program. (Maintain ISO & other Certification).
· Coordinate GMP in liaison with other staff
· Assigned as HACCP coordinator.
· Implement the HACCP program by coordinating with Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Maintenance Manager
· Conduct HACCP review in consultation with the Plant Manager as per plan.
· Maintain HACCP records.
· Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control programs.
· Inspection of ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, and finished products in the warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
· Evaluation of non-conforming materials, products, and disposal after approval of the Plant manager
· Responsible for various sample collections as per Coca-Cola testing requirement
· Maintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.
· Organize consumer complaint analysis and corrective action.
· Ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, and finished products in a warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
· Evaluation of non-conforming materials, products, and disposal after approval of the Plant manager.
· Responsible for various sample collections as per Coca-Cola testing requirements.
