Apply Now!</strong></p><p><strong>Raya Electric; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Quality Control Engineer</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Following the implementation of quality control procedure by inspecting, testing &amp; qualifying received components to maintain product quality level &amp; cost.</li><li>Establishing quality manual of each component with all standards &amp; specifications to effectively control the process of components’ receiving.</li><li>Qualifying new introduced suppliers, materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications &amp; standards.</li><li>Measuring suppliers’ performance level periodically based on evaluation criteria to enhance components quality level.</li><li>Setting development plans for approved suppliers through audits &amp; visits to improve suppliers quality level and ensure high quality level for received components.</li><li>Setting plans for periodic audits on warehouses the ensure the implementation of related procedures and standards.</li><li>Measure plant performance against agreed KPIs &amp; objectives to identify areas for improvement.</li><li> Auditing the performance of manufacturing &amp; production processes by inspecting &amp; testing random samples from manufactured &amp; produced products to maintain product quality level &amp; cost.</li><li>Investigating &amp; troubleshooting production &amp; manufacturing issues and set agreed actions with operations team to achieve product &amp; process quality level.</li><li> Monitoring, Investigating &amp; troubleshooting market returns issues and set responsibilities &amp; needed actions to enhance customer satisfaction level.</li><li>Measure skills of QC team and set training plans based on skills matrix to improve technical skills level for both production and QC teams and encourage them towards continuous improvement and innovation.</li><li>Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations to maintain safe working area.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you need?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree of Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Good Knowledge of production &amp; manufacturing techniques.</li><li>Basic knowledge for A/C product features.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an asset.</li><li>ISO 9001:2015 knowledge is an asset.</li><li>3-5 years of experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What is unique about Raya?</u></strong></p><ul><li>Are you an eager learner?
