<p>Based in Dubai, we are the leading supplier and packer of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) foods, offering the highest quality of products to create solutions that will assist your Food and Beverage Business in being more efficient, effective and innovative.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance coordinator to oversee all aspects of quality management of our frozen fruit packing facility.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Quality Coordinator Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Developing and managing operational manuals</p><p>Conducting lab tests</p><p>Coordinating with labs and suppliers</p><p>Should have performed BRCGS &amp; gluten audits</p><p>In depth knowledge and should have performed SEDEX and BRCGS audits</p><p>Attended &amp; performed HACCP,ISO,HALAL audits and Customer audits. This includes coordinating the audit process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and addressing any findings or recommendations identified during the audits.</p><p>Experience in frozen fruit industry</p><p>Handling customer complaints and technical requirements</p><p>Offer training to the staff</p><p>Experience in analysing and performing CAPA Reports,&nbsp;nonconformity<span>&nbsp;</span>corrective action<span>&nbsp;</span>reports, Root cause analysis</p><p>Plan and execute an environmental monitoring program (EMP) to monitor and control potential environmental hazards in the production area.</p><p>Relevant training certifications</p><p>Conduct workplace inspections, internal audits, risk assessment in facility periodically &amp; ensure identified risks are managed &amp; adequate control measures were implemented</p><p>Verify raw ingredients specification based on certificate of analysis &amp; specifications from supplier.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Quality Coordinator Requirements:</strong></p><p>-Degree in a related field</p><p>-Great Knowledge of BRCGS implementation</p><p>-5+ years of experience working with quality systems in food</p><p>-Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills</p><p>-Comfortable to commute daily to DIP 1</p><p>-Comfortable and confident to conduct Client audits</p><p>-Knowledge in dealing with food auditing and quality control in a food production Facility</p>
