We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.<p><br></p><strong><u>Role Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>Build Quality Assurance (QA) team within one or more of MAF-GS’s shared services functions, such as but not limited to Finance, Human Capital, Government Relations, Procurement, etc.., collaborate with the Manager to create Quality plans, implement Quality Control measures, and establish appropriate action plans to address Quality Incidents.<p><br></p><ul><li> Plays a crucial role in ensuring that Global Solutions’ products and services meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality within his design</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>ROLE PROFILE</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Accountable For Creating Quality Metrics, Conducting Quality Audits, And Developing And Implementing Quality Plans.</li><li>Influence The Quality Of Processes, Sops, And Lean Six Sigma Strategy To Facilitate Continuous Process Design Consistent With Established Industry Standards, Government Regulations And Customer Requirements.</li><li>Identify And Lead The Transformation Of Al-Futtaim Global Solutions From The Focus On Conventional-Issue Detection And Containment To Focused On Pre-Emptive Prevention.</li><li>Gather, Mine & Analyze Data To Identify Process Inefficiencies, Wastes And Improvements Opportunities (Use Lean Six Sigma Or Alike Process Improvement And Problem-Solving Tools)</li><li>Gather Requirements And Drive Process Change Using Staff Interviews, Document Analysis, Workshops, Surveys, Site Visits, Sop And Workflow Analysis.</li><li>Support Ongoing Improvement Efforts To Meet And Exceed Customer Requirements In A Fast-Paced Environment.</li><li>S/He Will Be Contributing With Internal And External Resources To Establish Sustainable Learning On Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, Simplifications And Continuous Improvement.</li><li>Developing And Implementing Training Programs For Employees To Improve Quality Awareness And Skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Overall Experience, 7-12 Years Of Experience In Service Industry.</li><li>3+ Years Of Experience In A Proven Continuous Improvement/Quality Assurance Role I.E., Analytical Experience From A Similar Role /Business.
