The role involves thorough inspection, reviewing hundreds of products monthly to ensure they meet the quality standards, are 100% authentic and are luxury brand compliant, as well as managing third-party service providers. Experience working with luxury fashion brands is a plus.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Reviewing all leather goods inbound items according to set guidelines to determine acceptable and unacceptable conditions, adhering to strict standards of quality.</li><li>Inspecting conditions, manage cleaning service providers, identifying genuine and modified materials/product.</li><li>Assisting Leather Goods Authenticators with authenticity &amp; quality check.</li><li>Collaborating with the internal team in handling client requests about condition grading specifications.</li><li>Maintaining a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including photography, web content and customer service.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>1 or 2-years work experience in quality control is essential, ideally luxury background luxury/leather goods/leather SPA.</li><li>Educated in leather technology is advantageous.</li><li>Well organized with great time management skills with the ability to multi-task and attention for detail.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li> Pro-active service delivery attitude – willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach.</li><li> MS Office expertise: Word and Excel.</li></ul>
