OMR. 500. 000<p><br></p>Bachelor Accommodation and transportation provided by company.<p><br></p>Yearly ticket for self to nearest international airport<p><br></p>All other benefit as per Oman labor law.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibility</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordination with QC Department for activities of piping</li><li> C onsum a ble c ontrols issuing during the w elding p rocess .</li><li> S tart w elding p rocess with i nterpasses r un</li><li>Post-weld heat treatment after welding if required as per the specification</li><li> Visual inspection and NDT p rocess inspection (RT, UT, MP DP) after welding</li><li> Maintaining Calibration of machines equipments keeping all records</li><li> Taking care of Galvanizing of required units galvanizing coat thickness checking as per specification or</li></ul><p><br></p>Client requirement<p><br></p>Carried out inspection of raw material with traceability as per customer specification<p><br></p>Responsible for preparing WPS PQR as per the project specification<p><br></p><strong><u>Entrusted With The Responsibility Of</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Conducting welder qualification test and coordinating with consultant and clients regarding quality control activities</li><li>Ensuring fit-up inspection process for the above items before welding with traceability records</li><li>Taking care on precaution of weld distortion weld controls</li><li>Maintaining the weld history sheet dimensional reports</li><li> Inspecting f in al c learance in accordance with ITP before b lasting p ainting .</li><li> Preparing t est packs</li><li> Hydro – testing of Various API related jobs as required by clients.</li><li> Complete Inspection of jobs with Third party or Clients related to Fabrication (Checking of job dimension s,</li></ul><p><br></p>Visual welding thickness as per drawings), Blasting Painting (Checking Blast Film Thickness, Checking paint<p><br></p>DFT as per ITP/SPECIFICATION) Testing (N.D.E/ Hydro testing)<p><br></p><ul><li> Surface preparation of units before Blasting Painting with different stages of checking after painting with final</li></ul><p><br></p>Inspection, Release for delivery Delivery notes.<p><br></p><ul><li> Material testing Inspection with Third party</li><li> Load testing for jobs required as per specification .</li><li> Issuing of NCRs controlling the N CR rates happening in the organization.</li><li> Take care of all customer complains provide proper solution to close the issue non – occurrence of same issues</li></ul><p><br></p>again.<p><br></p>REFER YOUR FRIENDS ALSO<p><br></p>This job is provided by Shine.com
