Description – Internal<br>- Manage the day-to-day activities of QA team members, including QMS Database, scheduling and managing Audits for Head office and projects, also conduct awareness sessions for other departments, and may provide support during the new hiring Orientation. regarding QA-QC role.<br>- Ensures team members have completed their tasks in a timely manner<br>- Establish and maintain quality management system documentation according to ISO 9001-2015 requirements.<br>- Reviews client requirements and provides feedback through Preparing a Quality plans and customer satisfaction survey.<br>- Ensure that the site quality plan is implemented through site inspection /audit visits.<br>- Support the QA Manager and QA Team in External Audits<br>- Conduct internal audits for all projects and all processes in head office according to the internal audit plan.<br>- Follow up and monitoring NCR results from internal / external audits.<br>- Follow up corrective and preventive actions results from the internal audit.<br>- Provide QA Manager with Audit reports<br>- Review department feedback including Risk assessment, quality objective, external issues.<br>- Prepare overall quality Monthly Report for all running projects submit it to Quality Director.<br>- Collect customer satisfaction for all running projects, and analyze a database of all project phases.<br>- Review and monitoring status of company stamps<br>- Review company procedures and forms reduce gap between departments, improve interaction between departments, Workflow improvement, Ensure the optimal use for forms and Enhance QMS<br>- Monitor Key Performance indicators (KPI) and report them at Quarterly basis<br>- Analyze data on the effectiveness of the Quality plan and evaluate where continual improvements of the Quality plan.
