Then here is a great opportunity to take the position of Quality Assurance Professional in Novo Nordisk Algeria.

The position

The position reports to the Quality Assurance department, belonging to the Quality Unit of the Local Manufacturing production site in Boufarik, reporting to the Novo Nordisk Local Manufacturing Quality Organization.

You will be part of an international network of fellow professionals, and you will always be able to draw on the collected knowledge and experience of dedicated colleagues.

As Quality Assurance Associate Professional, you will ensure processes, products and business processes meet GMP, Novo Nordisk A/S and local requirements, and guarantee the product quality, patient safety and strive for simplicity

You will also maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management system, and ensure its application and adherence.

You will collaborate closely with Local business partners from line of business, but also with corporate business partner, through participation to process groups, and collaboration with LM QA organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Biologist, Chemist, Pharmacist Academic degree
• knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements
• 2 to 5 year’s experience in a similar position within pharmaceutical industry
• Language: Good both spoken and written French and an intermediate level in English

As a person you are assertive and driven, resilient and persistent with a strong drive to see things through. You are known for your global mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills with the personal courage and integrity to take the right decisions in due time.

Geographic responsibility

• Limited participation in international network.
• Minimal travel off site expected

About The Department

Local Manufacturing Blida (LMB) is a Novo Nordisk manufacturing site belonging to Local Manufacturing Organization.

The Quality Assurance department belongs to the Quality Unit. The Quality Unit drives the quality mission in LMB, and is part of the Novo Nordisk Quality Organization.
