If you are excited to join an ultra-growth startup that is quadrupling its growth every month since the beginning, and enjoy the ride of changing the shape of industries, this job is for you.</p><p><em>www.curenta.com</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Ensure smooth functioning of technical operations</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development to server-side code using Python Django for data persistence and retrieval</li><li>Develop APIs and products while working with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, Support and Product, Quality, Security, and Platform Engineers.</li><li>Database design and development</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expertise and guidance to the team.</li><li>Implement and enforce coding standards and code reviews</li><li>Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.</li></ul><p><strong>Lead the technical teams</strong></p><ul><li>Produce quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed</li><li>On-board, mentor, and off-board engineers; play a key role in hiring and growing the team.</li><li>Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, Project managers, Quality Assurance teams, and other Developers regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap</li></ul><p><strong>Set goals, and ensure overall client satisfaction</strong></p><ul><li>Lead technical strategy and implementation for various team initiatives with an alignment with product/user expectations</li><li>Develop and oversee testing schedules in a client-server environment, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure various devices display the desired content</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in Software development with a strong focus on Python and Django.</li><li>Proficiency in client-side and server-side development using Python Django for data persistence and retrieval.</li><li>Strong understanding of web development best practices, architecture, and design patterns.</li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).</li><li>Familiarity with frontend frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational abilities</li><li>Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.</li><li>Solid experience with Microservices Architecture</li><li>Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins.</li><li>Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus.</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and development.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Why work with us:</p><p>We greatly value our people as we believe they’re the key factors for success.
