<p>We are seeking a talented and driven Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading our team of developers, overseeing the technical design and architecture of our projects, and ensuring that our development processes are streamlined and efficient. The ideal candidate must have experience in Python and React.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li><li>Design and architect technical solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.</li><li>Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and processes that ensure the team delivers high-quality code.</li><li>Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the team is meeting coding standards and following best practices.</li><li>Work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</li><li>Continuously monitor and improve the development process, identifying and implementing process improvements where necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.</li><li>Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.</li><li>Experience with <span>React </span>web development framework.</li><li>Proficient in <span>Python</span> programming language with Django framework.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are passionate about technology, enjoy leading teams, and have experience in Python and React, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as our Technical Lead.
