Job Description
<p>We are one of the biggest companies with a worldwide reputation in the flower market. We have been in this business for over 20 years. Now we are opening a wholesale warehouse and C&C with an area of more than 4000 m² in Dubai, UAE.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Purchasing activities, monitoring of the goods market.</p><p>• Weekly analysis of stock balance, order placement and maintenance of the necessary inventory on stock for a regular assortment.</p><p>• Control of stock balance.</p><p>• Analysis of ongoing purchases (price and consumption dynamics).</p><p>• Active participation in the development of assortment policy.</p><p>• Negotiating and corresponding with current and potential suppliers.</p><p>• Constant analysis of suppliers. Selection of the best proposals.</p><p>• Visiting flower exhibitions, plantations.</p><p>• Pricing.</p><p>• Introduction of nomenclature into the 1C ERP base: creation of titles, barcodes, classification of nomenclature for the base 1C ERP.</p><p>• Accepting and processing orders in 1C ERP.</p><p>• Verification of invoices and shipping documents from suppliers.</p><p>• Preparation of documents for customs clearance.</p><p>• Creation and verification of product labels.</p><p>• Balance management with suppliers (payments, work with claims and credit-notes).</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>• Work experience in procurement of 2 years or more.</p><p>• Work experience with a wide range of products is required.</p><p>• Knowledge of English (advanced, fluent).</p><p>• Higher education.</p><p>• Knowledge of foreign economic activity principles, pricing.</p><p>• Good knowledge of the program: Excel, 1C ERP.</p><p><br></p><p>We offer for you:</p><p><br></p><p>• Work in a large stable, dynamically developing company.</p><p>• Work with a wide range of high-quality products.</p><p>• Business trips to suppliers and exhibitions.</p><p>• Participation in international flower exhibitions.</p><p><br></p><p>Conditions:</p><p><br></p><p>• Corporate education: coaching, trainings.</p><p>• Employment in accordance with UAE law</p><p>• Five-day work week.</p>
