Our Client based in Beirut, Lebanon is a global distributor of Electronic Components, offering Supply Chain solutions for PCB Assemblers, and Technical Support for the Circuit Designers. Seeking to hire a new “HR Specialist” in their office.<p><br></p>The position will be reporting to the Purchasing Coordinator.<p><br></p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><p><br></p>The purchasing Assistant is responsible for supporting the business operations by ordering<p><br></p>products that agree with the suppliers requirements. Their duties include maintaining<p><br></p>relationships with suppliers, placing orders for products based on inventory and clients orders,<p><br></p>and tracking shipments from suppliers to the companys warehouse.<p><br></p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Possess knowledge in ERP Management (Data entry, billing, inventory).</li><li> Complete system procedures as assigned.</li><li> Ensure efficient processing of orders, billing and inventory.</li><li> Ensure optimum service to accounts including coordination with operational and purchasing functions as needed.</li><li> Order Management: Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining shipping records.</li><li> Update internal database with orders details (dates, suppliers, quantities, discounts)</li><li> Track orders and ensure timely delivery.</li><li> Coordinate and follow up on shipments with the logistics team, to ensure all products arrive in good condition.</li><li> Perform administrative duties related to the department.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements &amp; Skill</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>BS degree in Business or any other relevant degree (masters degree is a plus)</li><li>Previous work experience in similar position not less than 2 years</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with wide range of people.</li><li>Attention to details.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French &amp; English)</li><li>Computer skills: advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>SAP Business 1 Experience is a plus.<br></li></ul>
