<p>IMPREZA REAL ESTATE, a design and construction company, is looking for a Purchase and Estimate Officer with experience in the field of furniture and building renovation for its office in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.</p><p><br></p><p>The candidate’s place of work and residence is a spectacular and huge 5-star tourist resort (Domina Coral Bay – Sharm el Sheikh Egypt) overlooking the Red Sea.</p><p>For further information: www.imprezarealestate.com</p><p><br></p><p>TYPE: Full-time.</p><p><br></p><p>SKILLS REQUIRED :&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting directly to his Manager, the candidate works in the office and performs the following tasks:</p><p>manages the purchase of building materials, installations and furniture of all kinds;</p><p>analyses clients’ requests for furniture and building renovations they wish to carry out in their homes, and prepares the necessary estimates to be presented to clients;</p><p>manages relations with all suppliers and monitors the correct delivery of goods to ensure that work is carried out correctly and deadlines are met;</p><p>coordinates his co-workers;</p><p>prepares the arrival of the necessary materials on site and draws up detailed estimates by interfacing with the purchasing department manager;</p><p>verifies the perfect condition and quantity of materials each time they arrive at the company.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>IDEAL PROFILE</p><p><br></p><p>several years’ experience in a purchasing and quotation office in the furnishing and residential construction sector&nbsp;</p><p>good attitude to interpersonal relations and teamwork;</p><p>excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills;</p><p>leadership;</p><p>Willingness to relocate to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt.</p><p>Possession of strong interpersonal skills in dealing with contacts inside and outside the company.</p><p><br></p><p>COMPULSORY SKILLS</p><p><br></p><p>Italian and English language.</p><p><br></p><p>Specific experience in the furniture and construction sector.</p><p>We are not interested in people from other sectors.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>BENEFITS</p><p><br></p><p>board and lodging</p><p>one day off per week</p><p><br></p><p>Salary will be defined and agreed with the candidate according to his/her experience and abilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Sector</p><p>Furnishing and Buildings Construction</p><p><br></p><p>Type of employment</p><p>Full-time</p>
