- Negotiating with the suppliers to obtain the best possible quality at the best possible price.
- Responsible for coming up with strategies to save costs while ensuring supplier performance goals are achieved.
- Managing the office inventory and sending out orders for supplies as and when needed.
- Followed up for shipment up-to the arrival and departure from warehouse.
- Updating relevant spreadsheets and documents, as well.
- Reviewing purchase agreements with vendors.
- Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.
- With Oman Driving License.
- Knowledgeable with F.M.C. system (Fidelio Materials Control System)
- Experienced in Hospitality sector. (Restaurants or Hotels.
