<p>Title: Public Relations Specialist</p><p>Position: Full time</p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p><br></p><p>The PR Specialist primary role is to assist the PR team with executing PR strategies that enhance and protect Vai’s clients’ reputation by incorporating influencer marketing strategies. This involves identifying and engaging with relevant influencers, the PR Specialist leverages his network and expertise and collaborate closely with influencers to create compelling and tailored content that resonates with the target audience. Through these strategic partnerships with influencers, the PR Specialist enhances the reputation and visibility of Vai’s clients, effectively positioning them in the fintech industry. The ultimate goal is to achieve business objectives by driving brand recognition, increasing credibility, and fostering meaningful engagement with the target audience.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>PR &amp;Brand Reputation Management (20%):</strong> </p><ul><li>Participate in the development and implementation of effective PR strategies for Vai clients to achieve their marketing goals and objectives.</li><li>Ensure that all PR materials, messages and events are aligned with the brand identity and objectives of Vai and its clients.</li><li>Participate in the daily checks of clients’ online presence and make some audit and come up with suggestions to be discussed and brainstorm sessions with the team.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in the management of influencer campaigns, including negotiating contracts, setting campaign goals, and creating content briefs.</li><li>Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including metrics such as engagement rates and reach.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Event planning and participation (30%): </strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the preparation of the PR plan for each client’s participation in events with a specific focus on integrating influencers into the strategy.</li><li>Manage influencer engagement process for events, including identifying and researching relevant influencers, negotiating partnership terms and agreements, and coordinating all logistical aspects of their event involvement in collaboration with clients and the team.</li><li>Collaborate closely with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience and highlight the product in the best possible way.</li><li>Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of all activities related to influencer engagement and event participation.</li><li>Cultivate relationships with influencers in the industry, strategically leveraging these connections to enhance client visibility and generate buzz during events.</li><li>Attend crypto and fintech events to establish Vai’s media presence and introduce the company to the market.</li><li>Continuously analyze the effectiveness of influencer involvement at events, using data-driven insights to make informed recommendations and optimize future influencer engagement strategies.</li><li>Actively represent Vai at crypto and fintech events, establishing a strong media presence and introducing the company to the market.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Media &amp; influencers relations development (20%):</strong></p><ul><li>Developing and maintaining media &amp; influencer lists and databases.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with relevant influencers in the industry to leverage their insights and perspectives in market research and campaign planning.</li><li>Help the PR team establish strong connections with media, influencers and other stakeholders by communicating with them frequently and inviting them to our events.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Market Research and Analysis (20%):</strong></p><ul><li>Stay up-to-date with market trends and participate in monthly PR brainstorms to improve tools for managing clients’ brand reputation.</li><li>Use data analytics tools and measurement techniques to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of PR efforts, including influencer collaborations.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Communications and Coordination (10%): </strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and streamline Vai’s internal communications, ensuring that all members of marketing team are informed and aligned with Vai’s clients PR strategies.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to Vai clients, answering questions, providing updates on PR activities, and addressing any concerns they may have.</li><li>Facilitate effective coordination and collaboration among internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to ensure smooth alignment in communication activities.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of marketing team tasks by following up with team members</li><li>Engage in collaborative efforts with various departments at Vai to align the goals of the PR team with the overall objectives of the company.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Competencies and Skills:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Creativity</li><li>Relationship-building</li><li>Communications</li><li>Organization</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Team player</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Strategic thinking</li><li>Digital media savvy</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Arabic language proficiency (written and verbal)- Plus but not mandatory</li></ul><p></p>
