Position Summary:

The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing various public relations campaigns and initiatives to promote and enhance the organization’s reputation, brand, and image. The candidate will be responsible for creating, planning, and implementing PR strategies to promote the organization’s initiatives, products, and services to the public, media, and stakeholders. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, media, and partners to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement public relations strategies and campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials
  • Manage social media accounts and online reputation
  • Plan and organize events, conferences, and press conferences
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in public relations or related field
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with media and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
