The Upstream segment includes crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids exploration, field development, and production. The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>SME for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Sustainability strategy, policy, program design and development, ESG performance and social impact measurements. Progression prospect includes spearheading key corporate-level CSR/Sustainability initiatives</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop policies for sustainable social programs</li> <li>Implement programs to ensure positive impact on local communities and environment</li> <li>Support communication efforts to raise public awareness of company’s social responsibility/citizenship commitments through marketing</li> <li>Conduct research into best practices</li> <li>Write and execute company’s social responsibility strategy/Corporate Citizenship</li> <li>Establish partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, NGOs, and other entities</li> <li>Ensure company policies meet legal and commercial needs</li> <li>Foster relationships between company and educational or charitable groups</li> <li>Report on social responsibility/corporate citizenship activities to senior management.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>PhD Degree in fields of Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Public Affairs, Business Strategy and Communication, Business Administration, Social design and Strategic management or any related field.</li> <li>Minimum (15) years’ experience in relevant fields.</li> <li>Certifications, license, professional membership in relevant fields.</li> <li>Affiliation with prominent non-for-profit and multilateral organizations such as the UNEP, UNED, etc (preferred).</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, in English.</li> <li>Proficiency in IT, especially MS Office.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.</li></ul>
