Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.<br><br><strong><u>Essential Functions<br></u></strong><ul><li>Keep the lobby and restrooms neat, clean and well supplied.</li><li>Spot clean all furniture and keep it in its proper place.</li><li>Offer assistance to any guest in a courteous and friendly manner.</li><li>Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.</li><li>Maintain all equipment and supplies and use them in a proper manner.</li><li>Fold towels for restrooms.</li><li>Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.</li><li>Complete any project assigned by management and staff.</li><li>Fill all wet products in both men’s and women’s locker rooms daily</li><li>Roll bath towels and place on towel credenza and ensure it is replenished through out the day</li><li>Deep cleans lobby, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, and other service areas.</li><li>Performs floor care. Sweeps and mops floors and stairwells. Seals, waxes, polishes tile, marble and brass. Cleans and shampoos carpet. Vacuums hallways and offices.</li><li>Removes trash from designated areas and disposes trash in a central area</li><li>Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Housekeeper.</li><li>Gives assistance to Guest Room Attendants as required; keeps all guest corridors, elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean at all times</li><li>Interacts with guests making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, accommodating any special requests</li><li>Provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
