Job Description & Summary
Typical measures of success include creating compelling and winning solutions that are error-free, grammatically correct on-time proposal content, high scoring proposals answers against client RFP criteria and achievement of internal SLAs.

Proposal Writing

– Ability to format and tailor proposals to meet client needs

– Ability to create content and use visuals that explain complex topics in a way that most people can understand

– Conceptualize proposal graphics and create/edit high-end graphics

– Responsible for the overall look and feel of the proposal

– Support senior proposal writers with formatting/professionalization

– Work closely with the Solution Design team and Proposal Hub Manager to deliver compelling written proposal responses to the Engagement manager against agreed RFP/ RFI/ client request deadlines, escalating issues as required..

– Undertake market and PwC research for the kickoff and solution meetings.

– Working closely with the relevant subject matter experts.

– Assist the Bid / Engagement Manager in developing a proposal structure.

– Follow the proposal structure and high level approach created by senior proposal writers to produce a detailed solution

– Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.

– Ensure using PwC resources and differentiators when designing the solution.

– Ability to work with spreadsheets to build the commercial proposal

– Produce decks to be used in clients’ pitches

– Proper knowledge management of the proposals for potential re-use.

– Communicate and influence at the Engagement Manager level

– Attend and participate in kickoff, daily status and review meetings

– Ensure all graphics are consistent within the proposal

– Participate in quality reviews to ensure latest graphics are included in the proposal
