Our team of professionals is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Sales Consultant to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Property Sales Specialist who will be responsible for managing sales activities and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers in the market. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service. In addition, the candidate must have the following qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales with prior experience of working with a Real Estate Developer in the UAE </em></strong></p><p>Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.</p><p>Candidates must have strong network of Cliental in UAE and in China Market </p><p>Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.</p><p>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects</p><p>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.</p><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience </p><p>Candidates must be presentable and must have excellent communications and leadership qualities </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities in the market</p><p>Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and brokers</p><p>Negotiate and close deals with clients and brokers</p><p>Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients</p><p>Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities</p><p>Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns</p><p>Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company</p><p>If you are passionate about real estate and have a proven track record in sales, we would like to hear from you.
