Your Role;

– Outbound calls to sellers/buyers
– Arranging market appraisals and photos for the listings
– Qualifying clients and conducting viewings
– Managing the negotiation process
– Understanding and meeting the needs of your clients
– Networking to build client base and local network
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies
– Keep up-to-date with the latest launches and projects
